So this is what happens in these parts…  I had to toss the orange stuff I bought because I thought everyone was hungry and I did have time to cook.  It is flavorless and gluey and no-one wanted to eat it  – not even the two year old.

This on the other hand, never lasts long enough for left overs.  I make a huge batch, serve half, and freeze the other half in ramekins for toddler emergency meals.  The recipe was originally from Martha Stewart, but we’ve made a few adjustments – half reduced fat cheese and half the sharpest cheddar you can find.  We also use my ridiculously strong home-made mustard.  It is YUMMY.
